I had no hot water and a slight leak in my tank at 10pm, he was at my house first thing next morning with a great quote (better than the other competitors) and took care of everything within hours while I was at work. Our aging hot water heater decided to fail at the worst possible time. Calling around nobody was in a big hurry to help. Luckily I found David at Hotco, who was willing to help quickly. He was upfront, professional and efficient. Hotco is a breathe of fresh air in a time when customer service is an afterthought for most companies! I highly recommend them!

Biased post here, but have to say I trust my husband and our team implicitly to perform the plumbing work required to have unending hot water! These guys know what they are doing. We replaced our conventional tank with a tankless 10 years ago and it was the best decision we made for our monthly budget. Our utility bill was reduced drastically. Even though the initial upfront cost was more than a traditional tank, the long term cost continues to save us money. And we never run out of hot water!! It’s truly the best! Highly recommend our team to take care of you. Our guys are honest, and on it!

HOTCO was recommended by many on Folsom Chat. Wanted to inspect my current gas tank water heater, and quote for a hybrid or tankless. Didn't know what condition or age my old tank was because it was wrapped and strapped. Mat came for the inspection and quote. Found out my tank was 21 years old! Definitely nearing the end of its life. Very appreciative of his honest opinion when I asked which type of water heater he preferred. My neighbor recommended asking his master plumber, who agreed with Mat, a direct replacement with another 50-gallon gas tank heater. Their quote was right around the average price. Came late with a helper, Azby, for the installation, but with good reason. He apologized many times, and both were very professional. They got it installed quickly and took the time to explain how everything worked in detail. Definitely very satisfied with their services.

This company is amazing. I had my water heater replaced in may of 2023 from them. I discovered a leak and Chris was able to diagnose the issue with less than a minute of being at my house. Turns out it was not the water heater but leak from a pipe. He was very helpful and took less than 45 minutes or so to diagnose and fix the issue. I greatly recommend this company and Chris.

The dreaded moment finally happened - I went in the garage to find my 20+ year old hot water heater was leaking everywhere. I went straight to yelp and was so fortunate to find this company. Within minutes of requesting a quote, I was on the phone with them, describing the issue, sending pictures and after a knowledgeable diagnosis, scheduling them to come out that afternoon to replace the hot water heater. They were incredibly kind, super efficient and with a few hours, I had a brand new hot water heater installed for a very reasonable price. I assumed that when this moment came, it would be an ordeal, but thanks to the Hot Water Heater Company, it ended up being a little blip in my Saturday. I highly recommend them, they know what they're doing and will be pleasant to work with at the same time. Thank you!

These guys did an amazing job. Water heater went out on Friday and Sunday morning they were there to replace it. I was not home at the time of install but my wife passed along that the felt like the tech was very professional, nice, and thorough. When my wife recapped all of the instructions to me I was amazed with the level of detail she received. I would also like to point out that the install was thoughtful, and well laid out. What we ended up with was much nicer than what we had before. One other mention, The tech needed to pull power for a new recirc. pump but I have woodworking tools & a young son so for safety I keep the garage breakers shutoff. The tech needed power and took the time to unplug my bigger machines before turning one of the breakers on. I thought this was a terrific solution and I appreciated the attention to detail. We were referred to HOTCO by some friends of our an I would refer anyone to them as well. Thank you for a job well done!

I was so shocked when I called the number and it went directly to a live person! So rare these days. Mat was so helpful, explained everything over the phone, and had time to squeeze me in his schedule the same day. The company communicated via text to give arrival estimates. Mat was polite, professional, clean, and overall just a genuinely nice guy! Did not try to upsell or offer unnecessary servicing. Actually quite the opposite, he explained that due to our water quality that an annual service wasn’t necessary. I really appreciate the honesty and this company will be getting my business from now on as well as referrals by me.
